Please refer to the following two methods to output broadcast sound:
1.Connect the DVR AUDIO OUT to PC speakers.
2.Output the video from the DVR through HDMI, and the sound can be directly input into the monitor, which will also output the sound.
Yes, you can individually play back the 3 IP cameras and the 4-port main unit in the software. The maximum limit for simultaneous playback is 16 channels when combining the available channels.
The control keyboard CK302 and PTZ Speed Dome must be on the same subnet. First, configure the CK302 keyboard's IP address, then configure each PTZ Speed Dome's IP address. Afterward, you can call and control the corresponding PTZ Speed Dome.
1. Please confirm that the control keyboard (CK302) is set with the correct local IP, and the PTZ Speed Dome's IP must be in the same subnet.
2. Please verify that the connection port is set to the default port 9008, and the control keyboard is set to "Dome Mode."
3. After entering the PTZ Speed Dome's username and password (default: admin/123456), you should be able to control it.
The DVR only supports uploading "Event Recordings" via FTP to the NAS, such as motion detection, smart recording, alarm triggers, abnormal alarms, and snapshots. Scheduled recordings are not currently supported.
Enable the "FTP" function in the main unit's network settings. Enter the NAS IP address, username, password, port, and the path where the videos will be stored. Then, select the channels to upload and check the event recording types, and click "Apply."
Go to the main unit's settings menu, then select "Settings" > "Recording" > "Parameter Settings." Uncheck the "Loop Recording" option to prevent overwriting once the hard drive is full.
Exclude hard drive failure as a cause. The recording mode for the specific period should be set to "Event Recording," not "24/7 Recording." Please change the recording mode to "24/7 Recording." Additionally, check the color of the circular icon for each channel: Blue indicates automatic recording, and Green indicates manual recording.
Please update the firmware of the IP Cam to the latest version to support reading the Micro SD card.
Enable "Push Message" in the alarm settings, then click "Apply" (the network cable must be connected to the internet). After applying, the "Push Service Status" should show as "Online."
After inserting the wireless network card into the USB port, enable the "Wireless Enable" function and click "Apply." Choose the appropriate wireless type (3G WCDMA/3G EVDO/4G APN). You do not need to enter the number, username, or password. Once the settings are applied, wait until the network card's indicator light stops flashing and stays solid, which indicates a successful connection.
Please check if the main unit's network IP or NAT connection is functioning properly. You can verify the NAT status to see if it shows as successful or confirm if the PPPoE network connection is successful.
Please set the NAT connection type on the main unit to NAT2.0.
The IPC’s microphone input is a 3.5mm jack, while the microphone’s connector is typically an AV male connector. Therefore, you need to purchase a 3.5mm to AV female adapter cable. (Please make sure the adapter is stereo, otherwise the audio may not be recorded properly.)
In the app, select a single channel on the phone screen, then click the eye icon that appears on the screen. This will allow you to adjust the resolution settings.
This may be due to issues with the phone's operating system, such as a custom firmware or system errors. You can try resetting the phone's system or reinstalling the app after removing it.
First, check the IPC's model number and corresponding specifications in the catalog. Alternatively, you can access the IPC's web interface via a computer browser and check the audio options. If there is an option for MIC/LIN, select MIC to enable audio recording.
Connect a microphone (MIC) to the main unit. Then, select the broadcast function and choose the camera model you wish to speak through. When you speak into the microphone, the selected camera will broadcast your voice through the speaker connected to it.
This is not supported. Due to performance limitations, multi-split screen mode can only use the sub-stream.
The sub-stream quality can be the same as the main stream, unless the connected camera is a different model or has a different sub-stream resolution.
Click on the "4 arrows" icon in the lower-left corner of the screen. This will display a downward triangle symbol on the right side of the "Target Detection" bar in the upper-right corner of the screen. Select "View," and then click the "4 arrows" icon again in the lower-left corner to turn off the target detection bar.
The app adjusts the quality of the live video stream based on your network conditions.
(When sub-stream adaptive is not enabled, the app cannot automatically adjust the video quality, which may affect the viewing experience.)
The system only supports event-based video uploads, such as motion detection, smart recording, alarm triggers, abnormal alarms, and snapshots. It does not support uploading general video footage via FTP.
Logs are important records of the system's operations after startup, so they cannot be deleted.
This DVR supports up to 4-channel playback. For the IPC, you can switch to any of the original playback channels by right-clicking the mouse on one of the channels to enable playback.
When adding a camera, select "Manual Add" on the main unit. Then, choose the ONVIF protocol and input the username and password. After pressing "Test," if the test is successful, click "Add" to complete the setup.
This function is not supported. It will only work if both devices are from our company.
